Odato Marketing Group is looking for an organized, experienced, and energetic inbound and digital marketing specialist to join our team. We are a 17-year-old, full-service digital agency with operations in Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh and clients all over the eastern US and Canada. Inbound marketing account specialists at OMG have a critical role serving as the liaison between our clients and our production team. Specialists plan and implement or oversee all activities required to help our clients meet their goals. This means you’ll play a lead role in executing content marketing and ABM programs incorporating blogging, social, email marketing, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization and more.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute clients’ marketing programs in order to meet performance goals
- Manage client expectations and enhance relationships through proactive communication and scope management
- Plan and manage digital campaigns using inbound and/or ABM best practices
- Plan, write and produce content
- Conduct keyword research to support SEO/SEM
- Manage personas, databases, marketing automation and social media
- Work with our award-winning designers, developers, video producers and other specialists to get projects done on time and on budget
- Become the in-house expert on the client’s business and industry
- Take the lead in creating monthly performance reports to highlight progress towards goals, areas of improvement, and recommendations for future programs
- Stay informed about constantly evolving best practices in digital marketing. Be ready to quickly master and deploy new tactics for your clients’ benefit
- Participate in regular client status update calls and client planning meetings. Prepare agendas and conference reports. Create projects, tasks, schedules and estimates aligned with those discussions
- Understand each client’s marketing analytics and KPIs. Create reports and recommending future strategies and tactics
- Integrate with traditional research, branding, advertising and PR resources as needed
- Participate in new business proposals and presentations, as well as the agency’s own content marketing program as needed

The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least two years experience working as a project manager, inbound specialist, or account manager in an agency environment
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have performance-based digital marketing experience (specifically focused on traffic and lead generation)
- Have experience using tools such as Teamwork and Slack to keep projects on track
- Have a strong working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices, specifically around:
- Blogging
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Email marketing
- Social media marketing
- Link building
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing
- Know Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (and Google Docs/Sheets)
- Be able to make content updates in WordPress (and HubSpot COS)
- Have experience using Google Analytics to track and measure performance
- Have experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Act-On, Marketo, Eloqua or Infusionsoft
- Have experience using other digital marketing tools such as Moz, Sprout Social, Buffer, MailChimp, etc.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities at once, seeking opportunities to turn similar projects into efficient future processes wherever possible
- Have excellent client service skills and exceptional attention to detail
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field
Strongly Preferred:
- Be or quickly become Inbound Marketing and HubSpot certified
- Be or quickly become Google Ads and Analytics certified
